Hello Everyone,
Well its only a few weeks before school starts and I'm finally getting something posted. For starters my full name is Nikolai, but most people just call me Nick. I'm really excited to get to school and meet you all. It's actually been a year since I have been in school, so I'm anxious to get out of work and get back into studying. Here's a little backround about me. I graduated in 2006 from Loveland High in Colorado. After summer I went to Colorado State instead of Concordia, and I was in the Computer Enigineering program. About two months later I decided thats not what I wanted to do, so I dropped out exactly 3 hours before the deadline to pay full tuition. I kid you not. However, that didn't exempt me from the 3/4 I had to pay. None the less, I worked for a year for one of my neighboors who owns a hardware business. Now, I'm back in Concordia for the second time!
At Concordia I'm in the Pre-Seminary program; quite a difference from Computer Engineering, but God works in mysterious ways. After seminary I really want to do missionary work for a while then come be a full time pastor in the states. Thats at least my vision, but we'll see what God has in store for my future.
Again, it will be great to finally put faces to names and it will be cool to hear about your summer adventures in a few weeks. But until then I'll leave you with the words of Forrest Gump "Well thats about all I have to say about that."
