I am going to be working with PLUS Time, and while I am there I am going to try to create a booklet about how to start and run an after school program, especially for underprivileged children. During this time I will be working with the staff at PLUS Time and organizing the documents that they already have about how they started and are running the program. I will also be doing research of how other after-school programs are run. I will also be researching the market for a booklet of this type, and see what else has been written on this subject. The last thing that I will be researching is copyright laws. Also, during this time I will be going to PLUS Time and looking at what they do, especially for the things that have become such a common routine that they have forgotten they even do them. We will also try and sell the book to raise money for different activities in/for PLUS Time.
